Allright so I have been very very slowly losing weight since this summer but I know that I wasn't being very intentional about it until the past two months. My jeans are all too big which is good, and between ladies my age at church and the ones I work with I have had the support and accountability to keep it up. Also, if you lift more you might lose more. The more muscle you build you burn more calories even when you're not doing anything. The bulk of my workouts involve lifting weights and I've actually lost a few lbs myself and all of my pants are now too big!
