So I woke up this morning feeling gross... and I asked myself "Why do I always feel sick on the weekends?" Then I put a few things together, weekends I am home a whole lot more than normal, and that's when I don't feel well. Whew!!! I am still winding down from a wild week Somehow I managed to be fairly smart about my eating habits to stay on track. I haven't been losing quite as much but am still losing and also keeping up with good habits. But this past week just made all of that taking care of myself feel good.
