my grandpa had heart surgery. one of my best friend's dad died yesterday.

i am exhausted in all the ways a person can be.

it was a rough one. 4 am to bed, 7 am to rise is not a good plan.

last night was promising to be the earliest i'd had in over a fortnight, but how can one refuse free drinks and foosball?

i'm feeling tired all the time. never rested. fully expected.

i'm trying to eat balanced meals everyday to counteract the alcohol. it works to some extent.
