Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I celebrated THE KING by going to the chiropractor and liberating myself from the demons in between my bones that cause my back to ache and my voice to cry out in pain during classes. I also practiced some self discipline and got some work done that I probably wouldn't have gotten done otherwise.

Another surely unfruitful holiday season is coming up.
