So at work today I found a billing research ticket someone put in on someone's account. The ticket said:
"Customer suspects skullduggery on his account. Please investigate."

So today at work I was looking at someone's account and what they used to have on there, and back in 2001 they had a feature for..."Unlimited ROFL", free for 24 months. Now I don't know what ROFL was in 2001-era Sprint/Nextel-speak, but it was hilar and bizarre to find it one someone's account. I had to put my customer on mute while I rofl-ed a bit -

first day at b&bw
Started work today at Bath and Body Works, and right when I first got out on the floor, "Forget December" (from Something Corporate) started playing in the store. It seemed like a good sign. ;)
Work was good...kind of awk though, trying to help people find things when I don't know everything the store carries. Whoops. It will get better, though! -
DO NOT WANT
Kraft String Cheese is BAD. It does not string properly and the texture is more like Kraft Slightly Mushy Chunk Style Cheese. DO NOT WANT.
