This is something I've been thinking about doing for quite some time. I think it took me so long to join because i knew that there was a possibility of certain people seeing it, people who are no longer part of my life now. Scary how these people were, at one point, the foundations of my life. And it was wonderful. I'll always look back on those

I love blogging and journalling..it definitely helps me to stay grounded in my crazy world. And I know what you mean about not wanting certain people to read your words..believe me, I have more ghosts haunting me from my past than I care to admit. Don't worry about them...just take care of yourself and the rest of life will fall into place. I promise! :)

Yes, It's so true. It really gives you a sense of inner calm. I like reflecting on the dy, seeing what i can learn, see how it's not always as bad as it feels, when i look at the bigger picture.

Nice to meet you too :) I wish I had some inner calm today...my son fell down yesterday and may have broken his leg :0 Waiting for his doctor to call me with a referral to an pediatric orthopedist. Big fun..lol.
