Insomnia Chick strikes again!
So, my mom is home from the hospital. She came home yesterday, during the early afternoon. Matter of fact, she got here about 15 minutes before the bus ran. My sisters seemed happy that she was home, but there's a definite air of gloom in the house. Mom's going to be starting her hospice care in about 5 hours. I used to love the holiday season, all the decorations and festivity, the thrill of shopping for people and trying to get things you just know they'll love. Well, I finally got to spend a night with honey the night before Thanksgiving...we got a late start due to me having to take care of things at home, but we had a good time. I'm working for Team Nurse again. This is such fun. I wouldn't actually say I'm working for them though. I've been sick basically since I filled out the paperwork and was given a client.
