I noticed you eat a lot of bananas...are you like me and are totally paranoid and freaked out by a potassium imbalance causing a heart attack?

haha, nah. I wasn't even aware about that actually. I cut up pieces of banana and put it in my cereal in the morning, it adds more flavor and gives me another serving of fruit :)

haha oh...banana is actually a prety caloric fruit to me but I eat it because of the potassium factor

yeah it is a lot higher in calories than most other fruits I eat, but for some reason i've always liked it in my cereal, and hey that extra potassium isn't hurting anything either. (now that I know, lol)
