Damn back

This job is killing my back. All the sitting, bouncing around on bumpy roads, and bending over wandering around under the trailer are taking its toll on my spine. This last year I've had on an off shooting pain down either of my legs and sometimes in my lower back. I I popped my back very worryingly a few times too. Its making walking a little

This is the market for chair beads... I'm not sure how effective they are, but apparently they were good enough to convince my dad to buy one or two for the van.
