I hate the Japanese government, and fisherman ... on the news, watching them kill the whales ... it almost brings me to tears. I can't stand to keep on listening to the news. I hate them. I can't stand it ... it's horrible ...
'japan wants to increase its scientific catch of minke whales from 440 to almost 900 each year.' its fucking insane, isn't it!? whats worse, is that the international whaling committee is supported in their attempt to ban this action by only 30 votes to 27. this means that there are another 29 countries with japan who don't think whaling is a half-bad idea. ai ai ai.

That is disgusting ... and precisely why I became vegetarian (and now vegan) - we do the same thing (well, not the ice cream part) to cows and chickens and sheep ... so I figure we can't tell people in Asia off for eating cat and dog and whale when it's just the animal that we're angry about, not the whole thing. But the way they kill the whales is despicable ... grrr!!!!
