My Charlie is being very lovey dovey tonight; lots of hugs and kisses. My cat, that is. I feel trapped in my own skin.

I've begun reading The Dice Man. Read it. It will change your life. But I have no die as it is 3.18am in the morning. And I'm tired. And I hurt from yawning so much. And my nose is running because I am cold. And I want my bed. But i can't get off.

It's cold and I'm confused and I want to lose 10 ... 15 ... 20 kilograms. I am fat. Quite chubby. Not clinically obese, but generally on the fat side. Ugly. So I need to. I go to the gym for around two hours per day, eat around 600 - 800 calories, or about 100 once I discount those "worked off"

Why am I writing this?
