Much to my dismay, I've discovered that my mom's new house is haunted. Exactly how a brand new house gets haunted is beyond me, but apparently it's happened. So far the phenomena has included footsteps in the kitchen, the front door opening by itself (which is way creepy to watch) and stuff moving around in my closet at night. Mom says that this
