You do have nice worker ladies walking around to help you: your friends.

We're here to help if you need anything. You're great, and I definitely think you're selling yourself short. Chin up and remember how awesomely chill you are. :-)

aww I totally know how that feels, how you just want someone to come and make everything all better? Like you want your parents to come and find you, or you want your friends to come and save you...but you also have to know that you can save yourself, and have faith in yourself...i mean we all know you're an awesome person, and we can tell you that until we're blue in the face, and you're annoyed with us, but really you just have to internalize it, and say, hey, i'm an amazing person! and i know that's hard for us all to do, but it's something that's important for us to be able to function...not that it's not okay to feel like you're feeling, because it definitely is. and i love you and i know that one day you will realize that you're an awesome person and completely love yourself for all of you, your mistakes, your strengths, everything!
