Enlightenment in a crappy gym

So one of the downsides of the apartment complex I live in is the super crappy, tiny gym. No apartment complex that houses A&M students needs a good gym - the university has an awesome one. The only problem is non-students need to pay a hefty fee to use it. So I've been terrible about going to the gym since moving here. I've forced myself to go to ( Read more... )

Did you only play soccer when you were 12-ish or did you play later on too?

And treadmill running isn't the same as "real" running. I have a clear "hate" relationship with trendmills =P

I played soccer for a decade and a half or so.

And I know it isn't real running, but it is close enough to induce distance running anxiety.

That's pretty cool. I used to be very pro-soccer when I was younger. What position did you play?

I was also randomly trying to get into watching soccer so its Saturday Premier League for me.

I was mainly a goalie, but I also played half-back/mid field.
