So I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in over a week. OH MY GOSH... I am sore today. It's crazy how fast you start to get out of shape. It almost feels like I have shin splints because my shins are sore.. but I know it is just because I worked the muscles again. I forgot how much I liked the endorfin (sp?) release from exercising.. So, my work is having an 80's day on Friday. I need suggestions! I plan on wearing my hair in a side ponytail with multiple scrunchies, a fluorescent t-shirt with a knot tied on the side, and multiple pairs of socks.
