Continuing with chapter one

I've got down the beginning of the Merlin and Arthur scene, and it went quite nicely, but now I've hit a bit of a block - they've run out of things to talk about and it isn't quite time for the scene to move on to its next part yet. I could do with a whole new idea of something to include, otherwise events will move too quickly. But I'm getting

is this purely based on the tv programme or on the mythology from various places?

I'm not a King Arthur/Merlin geek by any stretch of the imagination, so I can't help you there. I did read the Mists of Avalon years ago in uni but I don't think that will help!

It's based purely on the tv programme - which I highly recommend by the way! It's surprisingly good for a BBC family drama; closer to par with Doctor Who than the comparably utter rubbish that was Robin Hood.
