summer is hot in the city.

chris has this great wonder job at Royal Books --- a valuable/rare books store.  they are throwing him money.
i tolerate my job, but am happy to cut back hours.

i'm taking classes = i'm happy with the way things are progressing.

so yea... life is the bomb diggity fo sho.
save for one thing:
chris decided to give his two weeks at A.C.Moore two weeks ago. tomorrow is his last day. and he still doesn't have a new job.
i have approx. 800 saved in the bank.
he has approx. 0 + debts.
i don't think this was a very smart move. especially with the economy the way it is...

this weekend chris and i are going to johntowson? jonesville? something like that 3 hours away in PA to ajazz/blue music fest thing :)
then i have a week off to get our house together.
and then i start at p.f. changs

i am so sick of pics of girls with that goddamn ugly ass pout smooch eugh face that makes them look horrible in every picture and if thats how they think they kiss it is even more repulisive than their nasty faces.

on wednesday my mother kept repeating, like a mantra: moving in is [one of] the most stressful experience[s] a couple goes through.

while it was hell on a stick on our bodies, we did remarkably well. totally sans yelling and meltdowns, with minimal bickering, and full of reasurring looks and sweet hand touches as we passed on the stairs.
