I have a horrible, festering, red-ringed blister-wound. I can't throw a football well. Apparently I include too many wasted motions (lots of elbow-flailing and chest-heaving). Sometimes I am a shy cat.

well, even if you cant throw a football as well as i can, you are still tops with me. and you can plan a wedding better than anyone i know!

Hold the ball next to your ear. Throw it from there, imparting spin with a slight wrist twist toward the end of the motion. Repeat.
