This sucks, I got a parking ticket at Davis whilst I was visiting Meghan, and I appealed it. Of course, I'm cheap. But, those TAPS bastards rejected it. Should I appeal it more, that is my new question. Tell me what you think, it's only $30. Ghhaaaa.....!!!!
