how did u get the first picture again? i doubt my camera has that but what is the setting?

I set the exposure to five seconds, and then just went crazy with a flashlight in a dark room. The camera has to be on manual mode first before you can change the exposure. For Canon's you have to go into the menu and set "long shutter" to on.
