Benchmark

A new recovering benchmark:Bench Press: 265lbs.
Body Weight: 252lbs.
My strength is slowly returning, but my weight is increasing. I'll need to up my boxing routine to burn more fat. I've been taking it easy following my arm break last February, but I'm going to have to start pushing myself a little harder. I'd like to get back down to 240 pounds or ( Read more... )
