I especially like the page 12 outfit - I may need to make my little guy something like that.
Prof. Smaugo picked out his pattern and fabric for his waistcoat (see my previous post to this community). But his options were really limited. Hancock was having their $0.88 pattern sale, and I told him he could pick one for himself. It was just about the only one that had any promise, in his size child's 5 to 6).
I'm currently mid-project on a mad scientist coat for him, but it's been a big ordeal. I started off with a child's Neo (from The Matrix) coat pattern, but the smallest size I could find was a 7, and I'm changing it to be side opening (like Dr. Steel), so it's been a lot of work to even get the pattern to make the muslin.
Please post if you find more good patterns for boys - they really are half the population; they shouldn't be relegated to a few scraps and some pajama patterns.
