I think your proposed plan of action is a good one, but I definitely think the topic is one that should be addressed to ALL program participants, not just females. In all likelihood it happens more often to females, especially because of the field you're in, but that could even make it worse for the guys that I'm sure it also happens to, because then they have to deal with additional layers.

Also, the guys on your team were "super uncool with it" but they didn't know what to do, either, and I think that should also be addressed so that no one has to deal with this shit alone, male or female.

Thanks for the support. I contacted our team coach and was forwarded on to the professor for the coaching course who said that this is not the first time this has occurred (!!!) and suggested we all talk about it (my team members, our team coaches and our professor advisers) and decide how to proceed. She said last time, there was a quick meeting with the company sponsors and everything went smoothly with the project with only positive outcomes. She also said I could be in her course next year. Woohooo! I'll have to ask her why it's not mentioned when it's happened before...
