Well after two car bombs, a jägerbomb, a peppermint patty shot, and a jameson shot, (not to mention the 80 oz of beer I had *during* the game) I’m home.

I'm pulling an all nighter on my take-home marketing final and I realized something weird: this anticipation + all-nighter thing isn't new for me.

• I was working on my senior thesis independent study all night prior to being offered my first job out of college

They didn't mean like first thing in the morning apparently. Still waiting to hear back...and sort of going crazy in the process. More crazy, I mean.

Edit to add: At this point (2:40pm) I've resorted to occasionally yelling "AAAAAAAH" as a futile attempt to forcibly expel the crushing weight of anticipation and dread. 

So I'm pretty sure I have a job (95% of the people who get to the final round get an offer) in CT in an executive-track rotational operations program for a large aerospace/industrial congolmerate, which was the job I wanted. But it was total hell getting there.

I have to be at work in less than 7 hours and I can't sleep because I have a horrible sneezy/runnynose/sore throat/fever cold thing. I have so much work because we're doing a Kaizen, or as Ana refers to it, a "shazan" (cute!) which means I have to lead people in making shop-floor change i.e. babysit and encourage.
