Book I recommend - jPod by Douglas Copeland because it's geeky nerdy awesome.
Book I'd NEVER IN MY SANE MIND recomend - Anything from the Twilight series - they're downright terrible. I think Miss Meiyer needs to take a few writing classes... or retake the ones she's failed. Real men don't sparkle.
