On women in engineering...

This week, I went to high schools in the Boston area to present to high school and middle school girls about engineering. It's part of Womens Initiative, which aims to catch girls at the young age and turn them onto engineering

I am enthusiastic with my girls in helping them with math, science, social studies, or whatever. I wish to instill a love of learning in them, so they know how exciting and neat these things are, and I think I have been fairly successful.

But then from here it is up to them and what they like to do that will determine what they end up choosing as a career/life interest.
