I was just wondering the same about lunch. For dinner we're going out. But we should be eating in. We have lot's of leftovers that will be no good when we return from Michigan. We have....new potatoes with peas, pineapple tidbits, a rainbow of peppers, baked beans, corn on the cob, one cooked sweet potato, carrot slices, macaroni salad, rice...with these ingredients I was thinking Chinese, burrito or summer picnic. But, we're going out. The ovens on in case I think of something for lunch.

hmm... you have quite a smorgasbord there!

We ended up getting chinese take-out.

Sometimes I just can't stand thinking of another idea for dinner.

I ended up eating the macaroni salad, some potatoes and peas, some peppers and chicken nuggets.

Try coming up with stuff for dinner that doesn't have dairy or soy in it. Our rotation is pasta, indian box, sweet and sour chicken, pizza (which seems to not bother the babe), black bean burgers (also doesn't seem to bother) and chicken nuggets with sides.

You're pretty much good with any sort of bean/grain combination, right? And that would be cheap, too!

Grilled Portabella Mushrooms!!!

now that it's done "raining/storming/hailing/maybe tornado-ing" it's safe to go outside again.

shawarma king!

im so tired of trying to come up with things to eat. i hear you bevbo on the dairy and soy. its really kind of frustrating with gluten in the mix as well.

I pretty much could always eat Schwarma King. I just filled up my stomach and I feel like I could even eat some RIGHT NOW.

Are you saying that you don't do dairy, soy or gluten? Are you a vegetarian also? I eat some chicken (more now than I did before the no soy, dairy thing) but that's it for meat for me.

Very little dairy, soy, or gluten! I am not vegetarian which makes it somewhat easier to find something to eat.

I'm going to use your question here to sprk some creativity in what really is for dinner this week.
