After your previous post about Thomas the Tank Engine, G wondered whether Japan had any preserved steam railways. I will let him know that such things exist.

You really have packed in a lot during this trip, it seems. Thank you for sharing your adventures.

This one was only a ten minute trip for children in the grounds of the museum, but I believe there's at least one other larger scale affair in Shizuoka.
