So last night, I had more wine than I probably should have had. :O
Anyway, at one point Liz called me to say hi. This is the result:

Liz: Are you intoxicated?
Me: Ummm...I think I'm gonna plead the fifth element...

I've been harboring these feelings for a few days now, and I can't wait any longer to let them out. I HATE ATHENS. The ruins are nice, the countryside is nice, the museums are fascinating, the classes are nice, but the city itself is a PIECE OF SHIT. It is HORRIBLY dirty. It is HORRIBLY crowded. People are rude. As the title reads, I've been here in Athens for officially...one week! Wow, it seems like way longer. It's been a weird week for sure--a lot of excitement, but at the same time a good share of loneliness and boredom. Sitting here in the lounge at campus updating on t3h intraweb. Saw the Ακρόπολη (Acropolis) today. Pics are being posted on Facebook currently.
