I'm not feeling well today...I slept for about 5 hours in the middle of the day. I know I needed to catch up on sleep, but that is ridiculous!!

I have so much I need to do, but once the weekend comes, all I want to do is relax. I can't wait until spring so this mood changes. When it's cold outside I just want to cuddle in bed!!!

I got 4 pairs of shoes today for work -- total $57!!!

NO JOKE! 2 Nine West, 1 Bandoline and 1 Hype -- all black, adorable and professional.

Rack Room Shoes was having this semi-annual sale. I was not looking for shoes, but I love sales so I had to wander in -- i love days like that!

So if there is one near you - go!

Damn Marcia Cross is beautiful!

She always looks so "put together" and i'm jealous of her gorgeous red hair and fair skin!

(doesn't help that i'm watching the pre-show in bed while I have a cold. Anything looks hotter than me in PJs with big scrunchie (don't ask where I found one, but I did).

I'm just curious....because I just spoke with a friend that works at a law firm: bought her secretary, 2 paralegals, partner, receptionist, file clerk and runner presents...and got diddely squat in return....yes, there is still tommorow, but let's just say she doesn't think she will get anything - except the secretary who said she would..it's not ( Read more... )

my friend just got a $10,000 year-end bonus and a $7,000 raise working at a financial institution in NYC. She has only been there 6 months...

why does it seems like everyone i know makes more money than the lawyers that i know starting out...except the top of the class ones...but that's not realistic...
