Homemade Corndogs!!!
1 C cornmeal
1 C flour
1 egg
1/4 c buttermilk
sugar
salt
Preheat deep frying oil to med high. Mix ingredients to a watery paste. dip hotdogs so they are fully covered in mix. drop in oil and cook until brown (about 6 mins).
Its heaven. and homemade.
