Does this apply to out of the country Laptops as well? Like say buying one from Austrailia or some other place. Same thing as well?

I don't think the US can tag all the ones in the world that go through. Different countries go through different processing plants, different brands, different technology part, etc.

And if that were true, then my "uncles" and one of me guy friends should have been arrested by now, the amount of times they talk about blowing up things/people/objects. Or how they do what they do, etc.

So look into it. I might actually be on to something here, for once. *laughs*
