Well today I tackled my longest run yet. I caught the tram to Albert Park and ran around the lake...twice! It's 4.7km round so in total I ran 9.4km! I learned that slow and steady wins the race... most runners passed me but I still passed the walkers so that was fine with me... and some of the runners that passed me must have gone at it too hard ( Read more... )

I did something at work today. Not sure why but they made me a little teary!

I'm kinda sick of ppl giving me incredulous looks when I say I'm moving to Perth, the look and then the "Cool....um....why?!" - you just know if I'd aaid I was moving to Sydney or London I'd get "That's awesome...wow!" and the look on their face would be one of excitement!
