Decided on the Ao Dai

I already have a pair of drawstring ivory silk pants that should go nicely.  The Monte Carlo dress I don't think I could carry off at a New Year's party quite as well as the Ao Dai and I want to show this one off.  So I'll place the order this weekend and study the pattern when it gets here

I'm doing OK, I think. I'm looking forward to seeing you and the little one (well, and Cerebral one, if he's of a mind to, after LOSCON).

I'm one of those persons who never quite managed the art of mastering the wild Maverick emotional states (shades of '08 elections...did I ever mention how much I hate Palin?)

I'm an adult child in every sense of the phrase who's still trying to figure out how to grow up (at least in the subtle emotional, psychological sense of the term). So when it comes to hearing things like "Mass" from a radiologist....yeah....default setting is to freak out.

OK, dyfunctionality aside, my Halloween was pretty good, how was yours?

Halloween was wonderful. Emily was in fine form and we had a terrific time.
