Hahaha, love how you manage to have neighbors not mention Wilson's gender at all, using only once ("this one") the built in genderlessness of English. Great nosy neighbors, too.
This was a real gem and a very, very classical h/w tale, with bitch!cuddy on the side.
The one thing that surprised me was that *you* were the author :) but you explaining to another commenter that, unlike your usual fics, this time you wrote S7 Cuddy made perfect sense.

Hee - that was both fun and also angsty in places :) I love the beginning with Wilson recalling how he missed House while he was in prison and found himself going there on auto-pilot. And of course the neighbours thinking House & Wilson are a couple were priceless(love the description of House being so eager to go out on his 'date night', that might give Wilson a bit of a clue). A somewhat harsh portrayal of Cuddy as seen through the neighbours eyes but not an untrue one for how the 'relationship' was portrayed in season 7, she seemed for the most part very reluctant to be with House.

Did House & dominika stage the argument in Russian? Because that might have been one thing that could have convinced the immigration officer that they were actually a married couple :)

That was taiga13's brilliant suggestion -- that Wilson, if he were very clever (and he so is) would coach House & Dominika to have an argument that the immigration officer could "overhear."

Well, Henry can be a neanderthal -- he's judging House/Wilson or House/Dominika on the basis of what keeps the peace, and what he himself would like, not on the basis of what's sustainable. Cuddy, however, would not be Cuddy (nor would she have been half as interesting to House) if she were a female version of Wilson. Dominika is pretending to be, in this fic, and House prefers the real Wilson to her
