I love the way that you capture the little details of their lives. And how you show that House continues to observe every little detail, and how he savours his intimacy with his wife, but still is struggling to understand her.
The final scene with Cuddy's emotional meltdown was fantastic. Her pelting of House with reminders that he lives the unlikely was tremendous.

House has a weird love language all his own, doesn't he? All these sensory fixations, and his tendency to both obsess and keep his thoughts to himself, it's no wonder he is so frequently misunderstood, even by the people who care about him most.
