Radical

It's been a little over 2 weeks since I finished reading Radical and at the end of the book, David Platt proposes an interesting challenge he calls the "Radical Experiment". To put it briefly, it's a year-long commitment to do five things:
  • ·         To pray for the entire world
  • ·         To read through the entire Word
  • ·         To commit our lives to ( Read more... )

It is hard though with no accountability, so I'll try to remember to ask you about it. :) One of the harder ones for me is time; I am just not a good steward of my time, so giving of that would require more careful management in other areas of my life, if that makes sense. Anyway - those are some compelling but do-able challenges. Go for it!

Thanks :) I've had an especially hard time in the past year because I've tended to fill up all of my time so I don't have any free space in there to sit and think.. right now, I've been forcing myself to take the time to read before bed since I normally read a chapter or so in a book before I go to sleep, anyway. That'll probably be the routine I stick with, and hopefully it will lead to better discipline in how I manage my time throughout the other areas of my life. I'm almost a week in! Yay!
