After much thought on my diet and what it means for my health, I've decided to try a vegetarian diet for the next week or so. Uhh oh yeah, last Wednesday I did. So far so good, I suggest tofu. And brown rice. :)

And I've never been a huge fan of brown rice, though white rice is a big staple food right now.

insane.
i tried for lent to give it up... didnt work out so hott. about a week before it was over i ended up eating a bag or 2 of beef jerkey...
but ya... insane... humans were supposed to eat meat. its in our blood and instinct.

But I was just trying to cut back on the meat due to health issues, but that probably isn't the best way to do it. Especially not when I need massive amounts of protein, hrm. But I agree, giving up meat forever is a stupid thing, because humans were definitely meant to eat meat--even if it isn't necessarily the healthiest thing in the world. I'm just doing this for a few days to have an idea of how it works.
