A new twist.

After much thought on my diet and what it means for my health, I've decided to try a vegetarian diet for the next week or so. When I say vegetarian, no, I do not mean vegan, or, heaven forbid, fruitarian(Complety insane!). I mean that my diet will not consist of outright meat, I.E. Oddly enought Monsieur Godin, I have turned to vegitarian too!

Uhh oh yeah, last Wednesday I did. So far so good, I suggest tofu. And brown rice. :)

Eeeeeehhhh...Tofu? I bought some, and I tried it in stirfries and boiling with other foods, but oh lord. Not my favorite food. Do you have any suggestions on recipes or ways to use it?

And I've never been a huge fan of brown rice, though white rice is a big staple food right now.

giving up meat?

insane.

i tried for lent to give it up... didnt work out so hott. about a week before it was over i ended up eating a bag or 2 of beef jerkey...

but ya... insane... humans were supposed to eat meat. its in our blood and instinct.

but whatever floats your boat!

Ewww...Beef jerkey.

But I was just trying to cut back on the meat due to health issues, but that probably isn't the best way to do it. Especially not when I need massive amounts of protein, hrm. But I agree, giving up meat forever is a stupid thing, because humans were definitely meant to eat meat--even if it isn't necessarily the healthiest thing in the world. I'm just doing this for a few days to have an idea of how it works.
