WHAT is the idea here? It is just not on. The UK is just not made for this, we don't have air conditioning in homes, and I only have one fan and so I may die. Because of the MELTING HEAT. I watched Jude last night and didn't cry! That's just insane, it's a horribly sad with much sobbing type movie and my body just... couldn't spare the tears. ( Read more... )

Global warming, I reckon? Not much explanation for extreme climate changes, I think.

It's a scary thought, if summers like this became commonplace I.. don't know how it'd work. People actually die in extreme weather and there's just so much of it about now. Very scary indeed.

Mum gave it to me today, so who knows how long 1st class post now takes. THANKEEE! The card is gorgeous and am all asquee over the pressie. So the thing to perk me up after a mad week.

It's been pretty hot here too. On Monday it's suppose to get up to 98 degrees. I must say that your post made me giggle slightly though. I'm sorry about the heat though. Hopefully it cools off soon!

Since I live in the west coast, whenever get have rain I just stand in it because it's so cold and it always feels so good especially during the Summer. :]

I remember when we were going through this horrible heat wave for an entire week and it was like 100 degrees every day and I was dying. I don't think that I left the house once and when I did, it was hard to breathe. I can't wait until it's WINTER. I miss RAIN and SNOW.
