Seattle single plastic bag ban went into effect on July 1st.  I think we are the last city on the West Coast to ban plastic bags, so our West Coast friends are probably saying, “What? I had not. Just teeth. Lots of broken teeth.

Stewart and I are going on a food adventure.  We’ve decided that since we are spending many of our hours at home of late, it’s a perfect time to see what foods do what to our individual systems (look for any possible food allergies).  Starting tomorrow, we will be experimenting.  The first five days will be limited to vegetable and fruit juices.  ( Read more... )

Watched “Life in a Day” last night and found it awesome.  The awesomeness of the film is not so much based on the content, although the content was wonderful and stunning at points.  The most amazing part of this film was the project behind the film.
