6 months ago yesterday was my first trip to Boone, NC. It was the day that everything changed for me, and I had a glimpse of what my new life would be like down here south of the Mason Dixie. I would never go back to before 6 months ago.

So when we first got here, my roommate and I were trying to decide whether we were going to rush for a sorority, particularly Chi Omega... and we both decided to wait and if we still were interested next year we'd rush together as first semester sophomores.
