I have a non-art job which leaves me too exhausted to draw when I get home :/
I did this little quicky in about 10 minutes as a warm-up... I need to whip up a christmas card design tonight and get them printed and mailed this week!
So whats up with some artists putting white spots all over their pictures? I see this a lot in anime styled drawings. Don't get me wrong I like them sometimes, and they do look pretty from time to time, but when every picture in your gallery is covered in stuff that looks like... um, jizz... maybe you're overdoing it.
I watched this Korean film today called "Thirst" about a priest who becomes a vampire and struggles to retain his humanity. Gets a little gory but it was a really good movie nonetheless. Original story and good acting. Froze it at one point to doodle the two main characters. That girl is such a bitch oh my god.
We get these giant beetles in the house during the summer that only come out at night. There have been several occasions when I stumble around in the dark and accidentally step on one and it makes this horrible crunching noise but its still alive so its trying to escape and its wriggling under my foot.... soooooo unpleasant ~______~
