*grins* Oh, an ironic time to have Jekyll and Hyde running endlessly through my head is seeing this lovely little thing on my friends' page. "It's a dangerous game" indeed.
I LOVE it. I love the dichotomy, the differentiation between Barker and Todd, and the reference to his 'becoming' - its perfect.

Curious you mention it - i was going to use some of the lyrics from "Dangerous game" at the start of this piece - but i couldn't decide which bits because the whole song seemed pretty relevant - except for the Lucy connection, still different Lucy I guess....stopping blathering already!

Ok I confess - I was thinking about a bit in "Jekyll" where it turns out that "There was no potion - it was the girl" - i.e. that it's love which brings out Hyde in Jekyll - i figured it worked quite neatly in the Barker/ Todd/ lovett triangle!

Love love love this...I love the insight into his and Benjamin's mind and I love the idea that Sweeney was always inside Benjamin like that - cause he coulnd't have come *just* from the judge and that one event huh?

I figured Barker seemed a bit too perfect and i kinda enjoy making him suffer....cause I'm evil...heh heh
