Had an extremely long post all typed up but it somehow got cleared. It has been an extremely contemplative night. I've had a number of really interesting and rather "heart to heart"-like talks with several people tonight and it has had my mind spinning.
All around it's likely best it was all cleared mostly needed to get it out for my own benefit. -

This is the worst feeling in the world. I'm so amazed the effect emotions have on your body. I feel sick. And I feel cold cause my heart hasn't been beating normal for days.
