We're not too picky when it comes to what programs you have and how long you've been creating graphics - We're just hoping for dependability. So, don't be nervous. We're just grateful for the help. We'd like a democracy around here. XD HOWEVER! There are some guidelines that need to be in place (evidently). CO-MODS will be relieved of their duties if they repeatedly post challenges, voting, winners or banners entries late (12+ hours after they were supposed to be posted). I've dealt with this problem for months and all I ask is for a heads up if you can't post something. Please please please let me or another co-mod know in advance if you need help or relief or to switch. I hate it when things get behind or drag out longer than need be. Postponing things is never fair for members or fellow mods.
