I'm personally interested in the death toll but it doesn't have to be limited to that.

I don't know what kind of materials this lab would have access to, but as a jumping-on point I'd like to continue some of the work my intern was doing with regards to developing new methods to clean the bones of burn victims. I've been working in the infirmary for some time now, but forensic anthropology is my real passion and I'd like to return to it.

I have already petitioned the Admiral for the addition of a proper scientific research facility but have not yet heard a reply. Perhaps you should petition also so as to increase our odds. Truly, the addition of another petition can only be beneficial.

Once the laboratory has been established, I would be glad to assist whoever is assigned to run it.
