Alright, so Jay is from MiB, an agency that keeps track of any and all aliens that visit Earth. What's an alien? Anyone who isn't an Earthling. Yes, even those who are pretty much Earthlings/humans from other worlds. If you are from Earth but don't look anything like it, well, you don't count as an alien. Sorry. :(

Jaina Solo is from the planet Coruscant.

Kyle Katarn is from Sulon.They're both human Jedi, dunno if it makes any difference ( ... )

YOU CAN NEURALYZE ANY OF MINE IF IT COMES TO THAT, that's the Doctor/Esther/Veronica/Layfon/Vincent/Ganymede/The Trickster/Rachel/Nariko.

Aaaand if you like Jay can have the Doctor on record! Since, well, he probably is. He's sort of an intergalactic alien superhero, you know, in a way. He makes most of his appearances in Britain and tends to sort out the alien threats the authorities can't handle, etc.

You're welcome to neuralyze any of mine (that's Near, Cuthbert, Fran, Estonia, Indy, Ibuki, Akio, Vlad and Momotaros) though Near will be more likely to actually know he has memory gaps and potentially question you because of it.

Fran and Momotaros are both non-humans.

Fran is a Viera and they're from whatever "world" Final Fantasy XII takes place on. The females live apart from the males, and both live 2-3 times longer than humans. She's hard to miss; tall, bondage outfit (which is technically the special gear of a hunter) rabbit ears and clawed feet. She would not know of MiB, but he's welcome to know about what she is.

Momotaros is an Imagin from one of Earth's possible future. They exist as "sand" until they connect with a human being where they're given a form. They're usually bad guys, but not always. They do want to destroy the past. I have no idea if MiB would have contact with them... I'll leave that up to you. But I know Momo wouldn't know about them.

Zidane is like Kuja; I'll just add that Terra's civilization (and indeed the planet itself, in that hippy Final Fantasy spiritual sense) has been dead for at least 5,000 years, but likely more than that.

Belle is human but from another planet that Square-Enix has not graced us with the name of, so.

Anyway, both are fine for wacky neuralizer hijinks, although Zidane would be especially pissed if you mess with his memories.

Klavier is a regular human from Earth.

Chrno is... okay, he's a demon, but in his canon demons apparently come from outer space/are aliens. He doesn't know this though. Still, he isn't human! The demons in CC are like bees, in that they're all born from the mother demon, Pandaemonium. Chrno is currently not connected to Pandaemonium because he's missing his horns.

Sugino is a tengu, but he's from Earth.

Simon is from Gurren Lagann's version of Earth, which is... you know, Gurren Lagann. The world is populated by humans and Beastmen, is mostly desert, and experienced crazy technology growth in the last seven years due to the explosion of human population and Spiral energy. This universe functions on Spiral energy, and humans count as a Spiral race. Simon himself has enough Spiral power in him to power entire galaxies and bust holes in space-time, so if you want to have that come up on radar or something, that's cool with me!

Neuralyzer use is fine with all of mine, just give me a heads up first o7
