Alright, so Jay is from MiB, an agency that keeps track of any and all aliens that visit Earth. What's an alien? Anyone who isn't an Earthling. Yes, even those who are pretty much Earthlings/humans from other worlds. If you are from Earth but don't look anything like it, well, you don't count as an alien. Sorry. :(

Kairi FELL FROM THE SKY. But aside from that she's pretty much a normal human for her world, since I don't think sparkly princess pureness really registers much. She does have a little bit of inter-world travel knowledge, though! I am not so much w/ the neuralyzing since she already has amnesia issues but just talk to me if it comes up!

Alice is a vampire. But not an alien one. She can see the future, so neuralyzing would be um. Probably not workable or a very good idea. She'd get a bit tetchy.

And Hiroki is a normal human from normal Earth, and neuralyze away!

Mikage appears to be human for all intents and purposes, but is actually a baby dragon. Mikage and Burupya would try to break the neuralyzer if it was pulled on them, so. Up to you if you want it becoming a baby dragon chewtoy!

Latvia is an Earth country. You can neuralyze him but... I don't know how well that would work on a country.

Temeraire is totally normal in his canon, and is a twenty-three ton dragon from England. No neuralyzing please, because he would try to kill Jay if he found out later.

Shirakawa Yuki is a human. You can TRY to neuralyze him, but he is a telepath and has also probably seen your movie.

Luffy is from magical One Piece land, which isn't based on earth-earth except in that it has water and islands and people?! Also he's made of rubber. 8|b FEEL FREE TO NEURALYZE FOR SHORT TERM MEMORY STUFF, he's dumb anyway.

Sokka is from Magical Asialand, but is otherwise a normal human. Also feel free to neuralyze for short term stuff.

Milo and Mojo Jojo are both from Earth.

Peony's molecular structure involves and/or is partially made up of elements and music. The universe is different in terms of physics so I'm not sure how well it'd match up with Earth per se. /o/??

Araragi is a human ex-vampire and has the bite marks and occasional physiology to show it.

Raidou is human and would not know about the MiB. (Depending on when they were established, he may even pre-date them.) Whether the MiB know about the Kuzunohas is another question; their duties sound similar, but the Kuzunohas tend to deal with out-and-out supernatural/magic things rather than aliens, so IDK.

I'm going to go with no on neuralyzing him, because the demons would take it very badly and probably go on the attack immediately. Gdon in particular would attempt to firebomb J, and as they're demons and not aliens, I don't know that he'd even be able to detect them.
