Things have been low key lately. The highlight of this past weekend was going to Red Oaks wavepool with James and Matt. World of Warcraft is doing quite well too, almost level 35, and I just got this awesome weapon called the whirlwind double-handed axe after doing a tough warrior quest. I can now maim guys. Something has been on my mind lately, and it's making me quite sad today. Over this semester at school, I've lost a best friend. I met this guy through live journal during my first year of college at Greenville. He has been quite the mentor and kin to me. There is nothing like the feeling of getting up ungodly early (I'm talking about 2 hours before now), the feeling of waking up next to someone you care about who warms you up when it's cold, and the feeling of driving home as the sunset looms over the entire morning. This weekend has been rather interesting. The highlight of it was playing 3 sets at Genesis yesterday. It pretty much wore me out, but was well worth it. I got a billion complements, and after not performing in a year, it made me feel really special.

I injured my back today pretty bad while I was at the gym. I was doing my stability ball crunches like normal, and then all of a sudden, severe pain shot out of my back.
