I taught my first lesson today. It went well. I am afraid I might had tried to teach too much too fast. But, I figure the more I push for total immersion into music, the faster they will LEARN. Hopefully my methods will work. If not, I'll at learn how to teach better ( Read more... )

Hung out with Caitlin on Tuesday, which was awesome. I haven't spent time with her in years and it was like no time had passed. We went to World Market (an awesome store I was not aware of before) and hung out at her place. Played games, watched movies, the works. I have my jury today.
My heart is getting heavier as the clock ticks towards 11:15 and I'm trying to lighten up.

I've gotten a lot of words of encouragement.
And it boosts my confidence.
Regardless, I'll be really happy when this is over.

But, I really hope I pass.

And I need to breathe easy.
I know I can do this.
